Artwork Guide
Promotional Shopping provides a variety of services when it comes to art work on your promotional products. Our services include but not limited to Plastisol Transfers, Screenprint, Puff Print, Embroidery, Data uploading (on Flash drives etc), and Dry Heat Sublimation Printing.
Your account manager will converse with you in detail about how to get the best end result with you art work, in the mean while here is a General art work guide.
We prefer vector created EPS files to size for all forms of decoration. You should include the PMS colours where applicable. Please refer to our catalogue for standard decoration areas. Your Account manager will be happy to help you further with any questions you may have.
A number of sizes are specified in our catalogue, but there are exceptions to the rule. If the same design/logo is required in two sizes, they must be treated as two different designs.
Please ensure that all lines on artwork supplied to us are a minimum of .35mm in width.
Please present a colour swatch or quote PMS or Permaset colours. All due care will be taken to make certain print and embroidery colours used match as closely as possible. However, due to the colour and nature of various materials, it is often impractical to obtain a 100% match. All materials print differently and if your logo is being applied to two different styles in the same order, variation in colour may occur.
- Screenprint: 6 colours (subject to registration/artwork suitability)
- Plastisol: 6 colours (subject to registration/artwork suitability)
Note that plastisol transfers may require a white/clear base. Additional charges may apply.
- Flock: 5 colours
- Embroidery: 15 colours maximum
- Puff Print: Multi colour, depending on material
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of colours in our product range, they should be used as a guide only. Due to the manufacturing process, dye lot variations in colour may occur.
As we continue to improve our range, product changes may be made without prior notice.
No change to or cancellation of decorated orders after production has begun will be accepted.
2% overrun or underrun is considered fulfilment on all orders.
Data Uploads- Almost any file maybe uploaded to our range of Flash Drives and MP3 or MP4 Players at the time of order.
File Formats- Excel Spreadsheets, Film Clips, Hyperlinks, Pdf's, Powerpoint Presentations, Word Documents etc…
Loading Options
"Standard" - Files that may be deleted by the user after they have been loaded to the Flash product. "Embedded” - Files that CANNOT be deleted by the user after they have been uploaded to the Flash product.
"Pop-ups" - Files that open every time the Flash product is inserted into the USB port. NB These files are closed manually. "Widgets" - Files with active data that update each time the Flash product is inserted into the USB port.
PLEASE NOTE - To ensure we load correct and uncorrupted data WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT data supplied on CD or DVD.
